Job Summary

Fortifi Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Universal Banker to join our team. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and performing various banking tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and account information.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
