Enerquip Thermal Solutions is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting CNC machines, setting up machines for production runs, CAM programming, and more.

• Machine Setup and Production: Set up machines for production runs according to job specifications, ensuring efficient and accurate production.
• CNC Programming and Operation: Program and operate CNC Lathe (2-4 axis) and CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC), utilizing G-Code and CAM software to create and modify programs.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot and ensure CNC machines run efficiently, performing routine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Quality Control and Inspection: Inspect machined products to ensure they meet specifications and document results, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Team Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively about production runs, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient operations.

• Technical Qualifications: Technical school diploma or relevant machining experience, proficiency in programming CNC machines with Mastercam, and experience working with machine brands such as Haas and Dmg Mori Seiki.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting machine issues, excellent attention to detail and precision in machining tasks, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
