Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team at our Lynnwood Medical Clinic. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for processing patient information, making medical appointments, and contacting patients via phone on behalf of Sea Mar. You will also be responsible for taking messages, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be sensitive to the needs of our patients and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and work ethic. Additionally, you will be able to multitask and properly use basic office software.

Requirements include a minimum of one year of experience in a medical setting, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and computer typing skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus but not required. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, and EAP.
