">We're seeking a highly skilled Sushi Kitchen Specialist to join our team at Wegmans Food Markets. As a Sushi Lead Cook, you will lead by example and help your team fine-tune their culinary skills.
">Compensation:
">This is a full-time position offering a salary range of $21.75 - $22.50 per hour.
">Key Responsibilities:
">Assist in overseeing kitchen staff, educate and share food passion with the team, lead by example, set the tone for an efficient work pace, prioritize tasks in the kitchen, and ensure items are prepared on time and efficiently.
">Requirements:
">Experience working as a line cook, making sushi and other types of Japanese cuisine, knife skills, food safety and quality assurance knowledge, and enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant ingredients and cuisine.
