Job Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders safely and efficiently, showcasing excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Kroger's Seamless Experience and delivery process to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
- Maintain professionalism and personal presentation when interacting with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders, resolving any issues that may occur and providing a high level of customer service.
- Assist fellow drivers with difficulties while out delivering and maintain accurate records of customer deliveries, ensuring efficient operations.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills necessary.
- Must annually pass a DOT regulated medical exam.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation: $15-$20 per hour based on location and experience.
