Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in the state of North Carolina, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on project management and leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and design software, including Tekla and Revit.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
