Wireless Sales Professional

We're seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at T-Mobile. As a key member of our Business Channel, you will play a critical role in marketing our company's portfolio of business products and services to existing customers. With a strong focus on sales and customer relationships, you will analyze customer needs to identify and customize wireless voice, data products, and services to maintain and grow accounts.
Responsibilities:- Conduct daily customer communication and follow-up using various tools, including phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Perform research to understand customer needs, key contacts, and potential business opportunities.
- Facilitate the entire sales process from initiation to proposal, through finalization of an order for each customer.
- High School Diploma (Required)
- 2 years Outbound Call Center or a related sales position (Required)
- 2 years Experience in customer service, sales, and/or retention (Preferred)
The estimated annual salary for this role is $52,200 - $94,300, inclusive of target incentives.
