Job Summary

We are seeking an LPN with experience as a Scheduler to join our team at our East Louisville location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall staffing needs of the Nursing Department in accordance with company policies and governmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage staffing needs to maintain excellent care of all resident needs
  • Schedule paid time off (PTO), call-ins, and reduction in staff when census is low
  • Have strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Be able to multi-task and adapt to changing resident census
  • Be on call at times, as determined by the Director of Nurses and Administrator
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience
  • Current/active CPR certification, preferred
