Avera is seeking an Outpatient Surgical Technician to enhance our team.

Sign-On Bonus: Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus of $6,000 for less than 2 years of experience with a 2-year commitment, or $10,000 for those with 2 years or more of experience, distributed over 24 months.

Job Overview

Support the professional nursing staff in the Operating Room by implementing the nursing process to deliver personalized care to a designated group of patients.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technician program is required.
  • Prior experience as a Surgical Technician is preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • Successful completion of the National Exam for Surgical Technicians is preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM; 80 hours biweekly.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this role is detailed below. Actual pay will be determined based on experience.

  • $31.75 per hour
