Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Director – Project Platforms to oversee the implementation and enhancement of Oracle systems, ensuring optimal system performance and integration with Unifier. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Primavera and P6, with a strong finance background and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage industry expertise to provide solutions that support business objectives.
  • Manage the implementation and enhancement of Oracle systems, ensuring a deep technical understanding of these platforms.
  • Oversee daily operations of Oracle Primavera, maintaining oversight and ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Integrate Oracle P6 with Unifier to address scheduling visibility issues and streamline project management processes.
  • Collaborate with schedulers and project managers to ensure effective use of Oracle tools for project scheduling and coordination.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in technical roles with a focus on Oracle systems within the EPC industry.
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle Primavera and P6, with a solid understanding of project scheduling and system integration.
  • Strong finance background, including knowledge of FP&A, Accounting, and the ability to communicate effectively with CFOs and project delivery teams.
  • Familiarity with the project lifecycle within the construction industry.

Preferred Skills
  • SAP experience is a plus, with knowledge of its integration as an ERP system.
