  • Scheduling: Coordinate with the transportation team to ensure efficient scheduling of van runs and guest pickups.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless transportation services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum one year of driving experience, preferably in a hotel or related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license for the applicable state and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR).
  • Skills: Strong analytical and navigation skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions

The Van Driver will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and colleagues on a regular basis. The job requires the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and to lift up to 50 pounds.

Physical Requirements
  • Climbing: Ability to climb stairs and navigate uneven terrain.
  • Balancing: Ability to balance while walking or standing on uneven surfaces.
  • Stooping: Ability to stoop or bend to lift or retrieve items.
  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
