We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Providence Swedish Rehabilitation Hospital, Lynnwood. As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.
- Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Minimum six months' experience in an acute care setting, preferably in medical/surgical or rehabilitation nursing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive hourly rate of $55.00.
