  • Report incidents to the asset protection manager: Accurately document and report all incidents to the Asset Protection Manager, ensuring timely and effective response.
  • Support customer and associate relations: Foster strong relationships with customers and associates through effective communication and training, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in loss prevention or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
