Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on electrical engineering projects, including design, construction, and commissioning.
- Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, including feasibility studies, project development, and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Participate in design reviews and scope identification meetings to ensure optimal design work.
- Work with external power companies to ensure power quality and reliability.
- Develop and implement energy reduction projects to reduce energy consumption and costs.
- Ensure all safety, environmental, and GxP standards are strictly adhered to within the facility.
- Conform to approved CAD standards and manage all drawings in and out of site's Engineering Information Document Management Center.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, design, operation, and maintenance of industrial central utility systems and power plants.
- System expertise in chilled water/steam/electrical generation and distribution, industrial power experience, and knowledge of IEEE/NFPA required for compliance and system analysis.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities, demonstrated success with engineering/design coordination, scheduling/planning, follow-up/control, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills.
- Able to interact with all levels of the organization and outside contractors, architects, and engineers.
- Total compensation range: $112,600.00 - $155,000.00 per year.
