We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Analyst to lead a team of functional and development team members for one of our customer's Maximo developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and experience working with the IBM Maximo Asset Management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of functional and development team members to design, develop, and implement a Computerized Maintenance Management System using the IBM Maximo Asset Management platform.
  • Work closely with users to document requirements and design/customize screens to meet those requirements.
  • Develop user documentation and test the system to ensure requirements are met.
  • Support the implementation of the completed system, including data migration from legacy systems, training users, and providing on-site support and help desk support.
  • Collaborate with other analysts and programming personnel to meet customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of related experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and the IBM Maximo Asset Management platform.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of automation scripting and IBM Maximo is a plus.
