About the Role

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse Supervisor in our Dermatology department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring patients receive exceptional care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mentoring and training teammates to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with administration, clinicians, and staff to drive operational excellence
  • Supervising clinical operations and ensuring compliance with licensing and certification requirements
  • Participating in quality improvement projects and identifying areas for growth and development
  • Conducting regular staff meetings to evaluate departmental needs and communicate operational updates
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse program
  • Current California LVN license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain at the time of hire
  • 3+ years of experience working as an LVN
Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with:

  • I.V. therapy & blood draw certification
  • 1+ years of supervisory or management experience
  • Bilingual skills
