  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales per hour goals by effectively engaging with customers, driving sales, and promoting Trade-in and Jewelry Trade-Up plans.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a visually appealing display of merchandise and adhering to company standards.
  • Inventory Management: Test and clean jewelry items and consumer electronics to maximize store profitability and ensure high product standards.
  • Training and Development: Participate in regular sales training and store meetings to stay updated on best practices, new products, and sales techniques.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, climb stairs or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and push or pull objects.
  • Lifting Requirements: Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Compensation

$23.00 per hour
