Janitorial Worker

We are seeking a skilled Janitorial Worker to join our team. As a Janitor at Sodexo, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff. Your duties will include cleaning offices, patient/resident rooms, dorms, classrooms, schools, common areas, and lavatories. You will also be responsible for sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing floors, as well as vacuuming hallways, stairs, and office space. Additionally, you will perform hard surface floor scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing, as well as carpet spotting and extraction.
Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, patient/resident rooms, dorms, classrooms, schools, common areas, and lavatories
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors
• Vacuum hallways, stairs, and office space
• Perform hard surface floor scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing
• Carpet spotting and extraction

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently. You will also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
