Compassionate Chaplaincy Support

As a Hospice Chaplain PRN, you will provide spiritual support to patients and their families, promoting positive working relationships and upholding our company values. Responsibilities:
- Provide spiritual support to patients and their families, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Articulate the regulatory framework governing the role of the Spiritual Counselor.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including patient records and progress notes.
- Promote positive working relationships within the company, among all departments, and with external stakeholders.
Requirements:
We seek a highly motivated and compassionate individual with strong spiritual care skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional care. The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in Divinity, Social Sciences, or a related field preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in spiritual care or a related field is required.
Salary Range:
