At Trinity Health Of New England, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Trauma team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients with a variety of surgical or trauma-related illnesses or injuries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on bedside care to patients with complex surgical needs as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Develop plans of care and facilitate education with a focus on restoring patients to their pre-surgical state of wellness.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.
- Current Licensure as a registered nurse RN in Connecticut.
- BLS (AHA/ARC)
- Acute care, Medical - Surgical, General Surgery
- Full-Time – Weekends Only – 12-Hour Night Shift. Weekend Only Program is set from 7:00 p.m. Friday through 7:30 a.m. Monday.
- You will work every weekend, minus one per quarter. You will work a total of 24 Hours, which will consist of two 12-HR shifts or three 8-HR shifts, depending on the unit.
- If a Holiday does not fall within these hours, it is not considered part of the weekend schedule.
- Colleagues will receive Specialized increased Weekend differential pay during the 24 hours worked along with an additional bonus consisting of 6 hours of pay at base salary, totaling 30 hours of pay. Additionally, all evening and night shift differentials apply during the 24 hours worked.
