Salary Information

Job Description

As a Behavioral Health Integrated Provider with OptumCare, you will work in a hybrid model, spending 1-2 days on-site and the remaining time working remotely from your home. Your primary responsibility will be to provide treatment for primary care patients struggling with behavioral health disorders, symptoms, and conditions, including substance use disorders.

You will have the opportunity to enhance patient engagement by using evidenced-based tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Collaborating closely with site-specific Integrated Clinicians and regional Prescribers (Nurse Practitioners and Psychiatrists), you will help implement treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a PsyD, PhD, LICSW, or LMHC degree. A minimum of 3 years of practice experience, preferably in an integrated model, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
