Job Summary:
The Enterprise Transformation Specialist will lead complex routing initiatives across the enterprise, ensuring seamless deployments and driving business value. This role requires a deep understanding of USF best practices and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute transformational initiatives that drive business value and improve operational efficiency
* Collaborate with regional and area leadership to engage stakeholders and support resources for successful system deployments
* Leverage deployment playbooks and expertise to ensure consistent best practice design and approach
* Build strong relationships with center-led cross-functional resources to facilitate effective execution
* Proactively resolve issues and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution

Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in sales, merchandising, or supply chain roles, with a proven track record of implementing high-impact initiatives
* Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or relevant field
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence others at all levels
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with an understanding of business and sales acumen

Compensation:
This role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $155,000, based on experience and qualifications, plus eligibility for an annual incentive plan bonus. Additionally, benefits may include health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, flexible paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
