Cradles to Crayons is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing essential items to children in need. Our mission is to ensure that every child has the basics they need to thrive, from clothing and shoes to diapers and school supplies.

Our Approach

We take a three-pronged approach to addressing Clothing Insecurity: In-person Engagement, Online Product Donations, and Advocacy and Awareness. Our Giving Factory Direct platform connects donors with children who need the items they have to donate, while our advocacy efforts raise awareness about the issue of Clothing Insecurity and push for policy changes.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Design and Brand Manager to join our Marketing Communications team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing our brand identity, design production, and visual standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design and brand management, with experience in creating visually compelling and on-brand materials.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our brand identity and guidelines
  • Design and produce visual identity and direction of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and all branded assets
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative concepts and designs
  • Ensure design consistency across various channels
  • Manage vendors and external partners
Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience in brand management, design, and MarCom/advertising
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative platforms
  • Experience in video production and motion graphics
  • Experience in UX/UI and digital user design
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience in social media platforms and digital media content
