Rebate Auditor Job Description

Restaurant Depot LLC is seeking a skilled Rebate Auditor to join our team. As a Rebate Auditor, you will be responsible for reviewing annual and seasonal marketing/rebate related programs from the buying department for accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up rebate programs in the system for calculation and review internal reporting for variances between monies due and monies received.
  • File claims with vendors for variances showing monies due and follow up with buyers/vendors for missing or short payments.
  • Ensure all programs are received from buyers and all program details are accurate and complete.
  • Respond to management inquiries and monitor reporting for overpayments.

Requirements:

  • Accounting degree.
  • Minimum 3-year experience in the accounting field.
  • Related auditing experience a plus.

Salary Information:

$23.00-$25.00 Per Hour
