Join Our Anesthesia Team

Atrium Health is seeking a skilled CRNA to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team of anesthesiologists and surgeons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer intravenous, inhaled, regional, or other anesthetics to render patients insensible to pain during medical or surgical procedures.
  • Maintain anesthetics at required levels and support life functions during the administration of anesthesia, under the supervision of a licensed anesthesiologist.
  • Develop an appropriate anesthetic plan of care taking into account the patient's medical history and test results.
  • Work in conjunction with the anesthesiologist to form an integrated anesthesia care team.
  • Perform venous and arterial access procedures as necessary.
  • Recognize anesthetic complications or unfavorable patient conditions and adjust anesthetic plan accordingly.
  • Communicate to both the anesthesiologist and the surgeon the patient's status.
