Position Overview
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients/residents to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes.
- Participate in nursing assessments and contribute to care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as per physician directives.
- Oversee and monitor care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by the state of practice.
Position Type: Full Time
Pay Target: $39.00 per hour
