Job Title: Oracle HCM Payroll Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll modules, enabling them to design, implement, and support payroll solutions tailored to our clients' needs.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to gather detailed payroll process requirements and analyze business needs.
  • Design and configure Oracle Cloud Payroll modules to align with client specifications, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using Oracle Cloud Payroll systems.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as they arise, offering guidance and support to clients to optimize their use of Oracle Cloud Payroll.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of payroll projects, participating in project planning, progress tracking, and status reporting.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant.
  • Global Payroll required (US, Canada, Mexico).
  • Proven track record in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll configuration and implementation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies being a plus.
