Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately and efficiently processing orders at the front counter or drive-thru using registers or tablets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, assisting with restocking and cleaning during slower periods.
  • Promptly and courteously serve orders to dine-in and mobile order customers.
  • Be open to cross-training in various front-of-house and back-of-house roles, including food preparation, fryer, grill, and other stations.
Qualifications:
  • No previous experience required.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and standing for extended periods.
