• Take orders and answer questions about food and beverage menus
• Deliver guests' orders and follow up to ensure all needs are met
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check identification to verify guests are of legal drinking age
• Process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system
• Respond to customer concerns and follow alcohol awareness procedures

• Prior experience is preferred but not required
