Aveanna Healthcare LLC is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide in-home personal care to clients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide in-home personal care to clients, including assistance with medication management and medical treatments
  • Work collaboratively with the Registered Nurse to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a basic aide training program and/or Direct Care Worker test consistent with state and federal requirements
  • Minimum of two professional references that meet the standards of Aveanna Healthcare LLC
  • Available, reliable transportation to and from assignments
