Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining the community's physical condition, including exterior and interior spaces.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, prospects, and visitors.
  • Ensure all requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in company training classes and meetings as required.
  • Maintain grounds and landscaping, and work with the property manager to address any potential or existing problems.
  • Complete all work orders in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Collect proof, pictures, and documentation as needed.
  • Work with the leasing office to schedule service requests and other maintenance work.
Requirements
  • Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems.
  • Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems.
  • Proficient working knowledge of basic plumbing building systems.
  • Make Ready experience.
  • Construction skills, including sheetrock patch/texture/paint, flooring, and carpentry.
  • Groundskeeping and irrigation experience.
