Job Summary:

The Part-time Registered Nurse is responsible for providing skilled nursing care, prescribing treatments, and developing appropriate plans of care to participants according to professional nursing standards and primary care orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care to participants in accordance with their individualized care plans.
  • Prescribe treatments and medications as needed to ensure optimal health outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each participant.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care provided.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Degree program.
  • Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of PACE Organization.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Active CPR Certification required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated successful experience in related services with geriatric population.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and proof of insurance required.
