This role is responsible for ensuring that patients receive exceptional care, from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up.
You will be working closely with our physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, schedule appointments, and manage medical records.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients, collect information, and process payments while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Accurately schedule appointments, manage medical records, and maintain up-to-date data.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Handle cash drawer, balance transactions, and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
