We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Aide to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide in-home care services to patients, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the direction of a registered nurse.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as dusting and vacuuming, to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Assist patients with medication management, including reminding them to take their medication and preparing simple meals.
  • Provide ostomy care and assist with changing colostomy bags.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with transfers and ambulating patients.
Requirements
  • Valid Home Health Aide certification
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Valid driver's license from a USA state
