Job Description

Diamondback Counseling is seeking a qualified Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a therapist, you will work with adults, families, and children, providing mental health assessment, treatment planning, and counseling services. You will also maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan progress and outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health services to clients within the home, community, or teletherapy
  • Conduct mental health assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide counseling services
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient information and treatment plan progress and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to coordinate care and ensure implementation of individualized service plans
  • Participate in case staffing, case conferences, and other meetings as needed
  • Provide supportive services, including assistance with maintaining, monitoring, and modifying covered behavioral health services
  • Perform intake assessments and provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
  • Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
  • Practice in the State of Arizona
Qualifications
  • Fully licensed clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
  • Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
  • Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
  • Licensed by the State of Arizona
