Job Overview
A Leasing/Receptionist Professional is required to join Florida Land Fund Management LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leasing executive office suites and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or customer service and possess excellent organizational and verbal skills.

Responsibilities
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
• Follow up with clients and input information into the system
• Tour and lease executive office suites
• Prepare and complete all service agreements paperwork
• Respond to client requests and resolve issues
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the community and the competition

Requirements
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent organizational and verbal skills
• Ability to interact well with co-workers and clients

Working Conditions
• Work indoors 100% of the time
• Occasionally work outdoors during all weather conditions
• Occasional exposure to paint fumes, solvents, and adhesives

Salary
$40,000 - $60,000 per year
