We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team at True Food Kitchen. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring that they feel valued and cared for throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Make all guests feel comfortable and informed about our menu and services.
  • Know regular guests by name and their preferences, providing personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, providing excellent communication and customer service.
  • Manage waitlists and seating arrangements, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that the front desk area is clean and well-stocked, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and attention.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of our menu and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
