About the Role

The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience as a custodian or janitorial specialist is highly desirable.

Salary: $32,000 - $42,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain school facilities, including classrooms, hallways, and restrooms
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed
  • Report any maintenance needs or unsafe conditions to supervisors
  • Assist with special events and projects as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience as a custodian or janitorial specialist preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds
