Role Responsibilities: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through a variety of delegated basic patient care services. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with RNs and other care team members to provide individualized, comprehensive care.
- Delivering direct, evidence-based care to patients as directed by the physician or RN.
