Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Children's Peer Support Specialist to join our team at Terros Health. As a Children's Peer Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to patients and their families, helping them navigate the healthcare system and achieve their recovery goals. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds will be essential in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Arizona Practice Model 12 Principles and be able to apply this knowledge in a practical setting. Additionally, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are committed to making a positive impact in your community, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities include:
• Providing peer support and advocacy to patients and their families
• Collaborating with the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Coordinating transportation and logistics for patients as needed
• Participating in Consumer Advisory Council meetings and promoting patient and family involvement
• Other duties as assigned
