What Does a Premium Auditor Do?
  • Conduct On-Site Audits - You will meet with clients' policyholders to conduct a review of their business operations, financial records, and class codes assigned per industry and client standards.
  • Submit Audit Reports - You will submit audit reports via our web-portal and exclusive premium auditing software, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Communicate with Clients - You will contact clients and communicate with them via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Examine Financial Records - You will examine commercial businesses' payroll and tax records, evaluating operational practices and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Adhere to Quality Standards - You will adhere to customer requirements and quality standards, maintaining confidentiality and acting with integrity in all aspects of your work.
Requirements
  • Location - You must be based in the East Tawas, MI area.
  • Accounting or Bookkeeping Experience - While not required, experience in accounting or bookkeeping is highly desirable.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills - You must have strong customer service and people skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional service.
  • Numbers-Oriented - You must be comfortable working with numbers and have a strong analytical mindset.
  • Microsoft Office Skills - You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong Analytical Skills - You must have the ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions and make informed decisions.
