Crucial Link Group is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our automotive manufacturing processes.

About the Role

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of testing and inspection processes to ensure that our vehicles meet the highest quality standards. You will also investigate and troubleshoot issues as they arise, and work with the production team to improve processes and reduce defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Catch Issues Early: Develop and implement effective testing and inspection processes to identify defects before they reach the end customer.
  • Investigate and Troubleshoot: Use your analytical skills to identify the root cause of issues and develop solutions to prevent them from happening again.
  • Improve Processes: Work with the production team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of quality engineering experience in automotive manufacturing. Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is highly desirable.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Familiarity with automotive industry standards such as IATF 16949.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
