Job Title: Beauty Advisor - Flex

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will play a key role in helping clients discover the power of beauty. This role is about creating personalized experiences for every client, understanding their beauty goals, and recommending products that help them look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their beauty goals and recommending products that meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques and showcase expertise in makeup and skincare routines.
  • Stay current with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events, driving sales and promoting Sephora's products.
  • Provide excellent client service when clients arrive to pick up their orders, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store, ensuring a positive client experience.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent work experience in retail, preferably in a beauty-related role.
  • Passion for client service and beauty, with a strong desire to help others.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment, with a focus on maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, with a focus on meeting client needs.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance, with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
