Senior Metallurgist

Job Summary

As a Senior Metallurgist at Kinross Gold Corporation, you will play a key role in optimizing mill and heap leach operations to improve gold recovery. You will design and supervise plant sampling surveys, analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvements. Additionally, you will supervise a team of Metallurgists and Metallurgical Technicians, conduct personnel reviews, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering
At least 5 years' experience in metallurgical engineering or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
