About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a key member of our electrical engineering team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing electrical design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality electrical design solutions
  • Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports for electrical systems
  • Coordinate with utility companies and obtain necessary electrical permit approvals
  • Organize technical and financial proposals for new projects
  • Manage workload of project engineers and technicians
  • Take responsibility for concept and preliminary engineering solutions
  • Prepare technical specifications and monitor financial performance of projects
  • Mentor junior electrical engineers and ensure best practices are followed
  • Plan, organize, and manage personal workload to meet deadlines
  • Actively contribute to delivering profitable projects
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering design in the building services and construction industry
  • Experience working on projects in sectors such as Higher Education, Museums, Commercial, Transportation Hubs, and/or Stadiums
  • Relevant bachelor or masters degree in electrical engineering
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) desirable
  • LEED AP accredited preferred
  • Experience using Revit and computational analysis tools
  • Excellent technical knowledge of electrical systems and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
