Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bar Porter to join our team at Hard Rock International (USA), Inc.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and organized. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers, and other bar appliances, according to established policies.
  • Ensure the bar is set properly, with all necessary supplies and equipment available.
  • Verify that all soda gun products, fruit garnishes, and mixes meet service standards.
  • Stock assigned bars with product and supplies throughout the shift.
  • Prepare all mixes and garnishes as needed.
  • Greet and converse with customers who approach the bar, providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a bar porter and/or bar back in a casino, high-volume nightclub, or high-volume restaurant.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires:

  • The ability to stand for extended periods and walk distances.
  • Tolerance for exposure to heat, cold, and loud/noisy environments.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
