Driver/Mover Captain

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Driver/Mover Captain at Indagam, Inc dba College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load, unload, move, pack, and unpack customer belongings
• Assemble and disassemble furniture
• Handle customers' belongings with care
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to both residential and commercial clients
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Educate clients about pricing and services, ensuring complete satisfaction
• Safely operate trucks and equipment
• Perform daily truck inspections and maintain supplies
• Make logistical decisions regarding disposal, donations, recycling, and job completion
• Prevent careless mistakes and maintain client satisfaction
• Check in regularly with supervisors for assignments and guidance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Reliable transportation to Granger, IN
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Valid DOT Certificate and For-Hire Endorsement
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Adequate physical strength and stamina to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking

Compensation:

• Average earnings of $17-$21 per hour with incentives and tips

Available Shifts:

Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $21.00/hour.
