Child and Family Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Child and Family Therapist to join our team at UMFS. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering culturally competent services to high-risk children and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, or a related field, with a strong background in direct clinical experience. You will need to be fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written) and possess a current LGSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC, LGMFT, LCMFT, or be eligible for licensure at the time of application.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting mental health assessments, screening for human trafficking concerns, crisis intervention, and support services for recently migrated youth as they adjust to life in the United States. You will also collaborate with our Post Release Services case management team to ensure comprehensive services and connection to resources in the community.
