This is a unique opportunity to join CCMSI as a Medical Claims Specialist in our Albuquerque office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling designated medical-only claims and providing support to claim staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage medical-only claims with attention to detail and adherence to corporate claim standards.
- Provide support to claim staff, ensuring quality of claim services as perceived by CCMSI clients.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and effective communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage claims accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are imperative.
- Great customer service skills are required.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
- Experience with workers' compensation is preferred.
- A New Mexico adjuster's license is preferred but not required.
