Job Title: Radiology Technologist

Planet Healthcare is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Edwards, Colorado.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technologist to work with our clients in Edwards, Colorado. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and CT scanners
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including disposing of biohazardous waste and cleaning equipment
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Document patient information and exam results
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Radiology Technologist
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in radiology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
